    i created 404 error page can i block it from robots.txt, if i block the 404 error page it will help my site rankings improve. can any one tell me the advantage and disadvantage of blocking 404 error page by robots by robots.txt

    Simple........................create account in googlewebmastertool and generate robot.txt and block the page where you want.............!
