I couldn't avoid getting emails from the gurus!!! What should I do???

I unsubscribe and they are back the next day. Have they gone nuts? They never stop sending promotional email almost everyday. These are the people we know well in the IM world. Not every guru though. What do I do now?

 

Is it other than clicking on the spam button? I might have marked them as spam but they are back

 

You need an anti-spam e-mail filter. You can go with SpamTitan, WebTitan or ArcTitan.

 

Clicking unsubscribe link is always a bad idea and it worsens the problem. That way they know you are alive and reading their emails.

 

The TITANS haven't heard of 'em. Yes I hit unsubscribe and it became worse. Blocking sender email doesn't work either b/c they can change email.

 

If you are using MS Outlook (or probably any other email app,) you can set up a rule that any email coming in from a specific email address will be automatically routed to your junk file. Or, you can take pleasure in quickly deleting their unread emails from your inbox once a day (my approach.)

 

Those who can't do TEACH. Most of those so-called gurus are nothing more than dishonest swindlers. They make money by selling an imaginary dream to naive individuals who want to make untold riches with the press of a button.

 

I agree that there are only few honest Internet marketers.
