I think it's nice, the template you are using is nice but why not put some more text into the site? I mean, what you do and stuff like that. About statcounter, insert google analytics to it. A facebook like box is something that you can create in your facebook account, look there!
Hi I think your homepage is a bit too long - I don't like have to scroll for ages. But visually it looks good. You can get a facebook fanbox module or plugin or as DJ Productions says you can get the code from your facebook page and add it as a custom module
