I'm quite new to this adsense stuff. I started a blog and it's about one subject, but the ads that appear are showing "blog ads" and rarely about my subject. I don't know if it's because I write lengthy posts or what. Any suggestions?

Do any advertisers actually want to display 'fibromyalgia' ads?

If the website is new, give it a few days for the AdSense spider to check out your content and better target the ad blocks.

It's strange because yesterday all the ads were related to my topic, then they suddenly changed today.

Hell, I even earned a penny.

As live cms said, you have to give adsense some time to adjust. If it was displaying ads related to your content before, thats a good indication that it will continue to do so soon.

Just wait it out or use section targetting. You should get relevant ads.
