I could not access my account! **Help me please**

    A few months ago accidentally deleted my Google Account, I used the AdSense program into account,
    Now I have a lot of time trying to open a new account, but always tell me that I already have an account!
    I do not know what to do! , I keep getting letters from Google, but I could not access my account.
    What to do? ** sorry my English is not very good **

    Try apply another one?
    Adsense might ban someone for inactivities.
