Proof of quality. Upon completion i will send you the first page and will require 25 percent of payment. Same with the second page requiring another 25 percent. Then i will send the e-book and expect the payment.
Not ready to do anything now, but for my future knowledge... Do you do topical research and then write based on that - or do you expect a more complete outline?
