I think there pretty good.

 

IMO, The ads are pretty disorganize

 

all the sites have the same boring layout just different header...

 

no i didnt modify ads
i just changed the size to medium and used all in one adsense and ypn plugin

 

If you are a newbie then its cool but i see u got like 200+ posts then i guess you are not a newbie. So as Mobius said theme looks boring. And header should be smooth feeling not like mix and mix. Try different theme that looks COOL and blending ads is now agains TOS.

 

You really need to do some ONpage SEO. Your title shows up for me as a line, no text. Should have unique titles/descrip/tags.

I would make the banner artwork at the top smaller and place a horizontal ad under it as well.
