How did you click accidentally 4 times in a week? That's more carelessness than accidental.

Four times in a week is just carelessness. You could have a problem. I recommend, just to be on the safe side, you email AdSense and confess your carelessness. Trying to think of a decent excuse might be difficult!

Email Google, say you clicked your own ads and show the IP that you had when you clicked them.

The chance for a ban for 4 clicks in a week is kind of high. Its worse than clicking 4 times in the same day for example.

4 times in one week? You need to change your placement or disable ads for your IP. That's just overdoing it.

I click on an ad every month or so, just email google explain as best as you can IP > site > channel and hopefully they will be OK about it.

So, does that mean that your ads are back up?

Google is generally good about the whole Adsense and accidental clicks. I believe if you add the property "adtest=on" to your adsense code, it will prevent any clicks or impressions being counted. So if your site is dynamically generated it shouldn't be too much of a problem to restrict your own IP/username.
