    I'm new to DP but pretty experienced in online ops. I was speaking with someone last week about the difference between hiring someone with 10 years of online experience without keeping current, and hiring someone with 3 or 4 years of experience who reads blogs every day. The landscape is constantly changing, and if you look at what was relevant 6-10 years ago, it may not even be relevant anymore. I hope that DP helps me to clear some things up, keep current, and maybe help some newbies in the industry.
