i can't use adwords..

hi,
you can use adowrd'r keyword tools to add more keyword.
also use seobook.com for keyword.

 

go to campaign managment-campaign summary-campaign name you want to edit keywords-adgroup-add keywords in the keyword section

 

ADD more relevant keywords ( adwords keyword search volume tool) also increase your cpc slightly and add privacy page to landing page for better quality score.
You are getting impression that means your campaign is active so now the job is increasing impressions and clicks. also make 2-3 text ads with catchy headlines(you can try image/banner ads also) so people get attention towards your ad.
