I can't understand a thing with pagerank ? please help

    I have a blog ( sourcer.org ) with pagerank 3 and my post permanent links are like that:

    http://www.sourcer.org/increase-blog-traffic
    http://www.sourcer.org/wayback-machine
    http://www.sourcer.org/edu-get-backlinks-list
    ...

    These posts are pagerank 0.

    I want to know if pagerank for sourcer.org will improve if other sites link directly to the post permanent links !

    It is better to use this kind of permanent links http://www.sourcer.org/edu-get-backlinks-list or http://www.sourcer.org/?p=12 ???

    What about links in every post, if i put a link in a post and it has pr 0, that link will improve the site linked or no ?

    Which one has a PR 0? The url of the post?
    If so,I don't think the site that is linked to will benefit much from that.Just has one more backlink.

    IMHO,I can tell you like stated above that yes you will get PR to your blog's inner post's,that is if the page linking to you have relates/high good quality content.And second of all when defining your permalinks,use short descriptive names,as your first one.

    One overlooked aspect of SEO in my opinion is making all posts link to the main page. A bit off topic i know but a tip everyone should find useful.
