    It ends there. I come back to the same page, no matter how many times I try.

    Another question, where should I give the discount coupon?

    I had the same problem. I called them and they signed me up online. Took ages but finally I got an account. I told the girl on the phone I had a coupon and she asked me what number but then told me she had one there so I didn't have to worry about it.
