I can't seem to get it right..

So anyway, I've got my site up but have a probelm, I don't know how to make it more fun! Its about many things but mostly funny Viral videos.

Can I have some suggestions?

Well, first of all, maybe some nice picture of somebody funny face next to the logo? and it would be cool to play the vids from the home page directly if this site is about videos

The theme doesn't seem funny
You could change it.

There is a youtube video thing in the sidebar, which plays the most recent uploaded video on my channel,
The top right part next to the banner will have another image, (My mates tutorials and gameplay channel which im funding)

Errm, make a video of your OWN to advertise your site which is hilarious, and play that
