i cant see options when writing posts!

    hi, i have wordpress in 3 blogs, but in 1 blog when im writing a post, i only see few boxes.like the title and the post boxes.

    the problem is that i cant see the toolbar (for placing urls, images) and cant add categories, is my wordpress messed or what, is some option disabled?
    what i have to do?

    2.1.3 is my version.
    godaddy free hosting. but i have used in other blogs the same hosting and theres no problem.

    Once in a blue moon that happens to me. I just reload the page and it's fine though.

    i tried reloading, but had no sucess.. should i install again wordpress?
