i can't push .eu domain at namecheap

    i reged an .eu domain at namecheap


    now i want push to other buyer namecheap acc.


    but when i pushing,namecheap systeam saying:"


    Opps! We are unable to push the domain into another account. Please try again later. Reason is Listed below.

    . Error modifying contacts
    . Extended attribute: eu_whoispolicy is required.
    . Extended attribute: eu_agreedelete is required.


    How can I push ?:) Please help me ,thanks

    Have you tried to contact Namecheap, they are quite fast at replying to emails so try contacting them!

    i has been sent email to namecheap webmaster. he answered "

    the user must show that he resides within the EU.

    Well there you go, that's a first though. I live in the US and i was about to buy a .eu domain and push it without any problems...
