I can't post in the service-traffic forum and i believe i met the requirements

    Why can't i still post in the buy/sell forum regarding traffic to my site. I believe the requirements are to be a member for a week and i have been a member for over a month. I have made 26 posts, which i understand 25 is the minimum. What do i need to do?
