I can't post in buy&sell forum section

    why I can't post in buy&sell forum section?i want to ofer some domain names and some commissions for people but i can't create topics there why is it so? i am sure i meet all the requirenments can you please check it? thank you :)

    I can't understand what is wrong with my nick?why it is bad to have three r's in it? :( what can i do to be able to post?it is so confusing ;(
