    u told me that i have to read faqs

    and i readed it

    i have now 27 posts
    up to 14 days
    and i cant make a thread

    Mate You need to have 25 posts before post a new thread in BST.
    Now you have 27 posts and you can post the thread in BST.
    Just try it now.
