I can't login to cpanel for over two months

For over two months now, i haven't been able to log in to cpanel linux hosting. I haven't been able to make updates to email settings or use other functionalities. Is it my ISP or what?

Can someone provide a solution

 

Have you talked with your hosting provider about this? Can you access your websites?

 

I have contacted them, they changed my password and i still can't access the cpanel...

 

They might have blocked your ip address, contact them again and provide them your ip address

You have been waiting for more then 2 months. I suppose during this time you could change web host or get in touch with provider regarding the issue

 

What error are you getting when you try to access the cPanel? Is the password failing? Is it not loading?

How are you accessing the cPanel?

cpanel.yourdomain.com, yourdomain.com/cpanel, IPaddress/cpanel, server-name/cpanel, etc..

 

Who are you hosting with?
Any reputable host would have solved this problem for you by now. Do your hosts have live support? If so get onto them fast.

 

make it sure you are connected to internet, ping yahoo or google then try to ping your server ip address. If the reason you can't login may be just blocked and ask to unblock.

Actually they have reset my password more than two times now but i'm still experiencing the same problem.

I can only log in via FTP but can't login via mydomainname.com/cpanel and IPaddress/cpanel
