Then the browser go to the next page for confirmation. The message is: " Your new password has been sent to the specified email address" However, I never received an email from cj about the password. I try this today and last two weeks and still no email received. I contact my hosting provider to check and advise me that theres no server related problem to received email from cj Pls help...

I played that game for a week or so... Couldn't log in, couldn't get the e-mail. If you are in the US (or maybe elsewhere, I don't know), call the office in California and they will have you all fixed up in about 5 minutes!
