Shoemoney, I believe your reffering to Coke Zero. Good stuff for you coke fans. Made with splenda. But for me, long live diet pepsi. I try to limit myself to 2 a day. Now how many people die from obesity compared to cancer caused from artifical sugars?
I never liked coca-cola but I am addicted to beer. If I could just quit beer and start smoking again I´d have my sylph-like pre-baby figure back again but ... oh, what´s the point. Pass me another tinnie (hic)
I used to get headaches if I didn't have coke or pepsi sometime during the day. nasty migraines too. I switched to iced tea (Sweetened, of course) and powerade. I feel so much better now. I still drink it, but not nearly as much. Each 12 oz coke has like 180 calories. I can drink like 36 oz of ice tea and get less than that. even powerade has about 1/3 those calories too. easiest way to lose weight is to stop drink sodas. dont even need to exercise LOL

Yep - With its citrusy taste and supa-high caffine content Dew is an important part of every nutritionally balanced meal. As a Dew addict I personally consume as much as a 12 pack a day - how else is one supposed to maintain 20hr days, and find the energy to be creative and alert on less than 4 hrs sleep a day. Apart from the alarming mood swings, fits of violent, spastic trembling, moments of complete blackout, stomach ulcers, tooth decay, eye twitching, and blurred vision there are only a few minor side effects of such addictive consumption. Although I cannot abide a 'Cola' beverage even sharing the same refrigerated compartment as my precious Dew, I can understand Frymans addiction from an addict point of view. I mean we could stop anytime we want to...but its just so yummy, and precious and ......DON'T YOU TRY TO TAKE MY CAFFINATED BEVERAGE - EVIL 'HEALTH-PEOPLE' - (running away to chain myself to the Fridge - butter knife in hand) IF YOU EVER TAKE IT AWAY - IT'LL BE FROM MY COLD D..DEad....hands....ZZZZZzzzzzzzzz.z.z.z..z.z.z.z.zzz.z.z.zzz.z.. [and you 'health-people' and you're doomsday "Caffine is bad for you" sheesh ]
Pepsi for me when I drink soda, which isn't often anymore. Drank lots of it all through college, but when I got pregnant with Ariel gave it up immediately and I've managed to not go back. I pretty much only drink it at family gatherings.
Crack isn't a bad way to lose weight. Seriously, whenever my pants start getting a little tight I just skip breakfast and lunch for a few weeks. After the first few days your body gets used to it.
My mom drinks about 5-8 cokes a day I was feinding for them all the time, but managed to stop for a little over a week (no sodas at all). When i tried to drink one again it made me feel sick. To stop all you have to do is stay off just long enough that body gets used to not having it and then bam... you cant drink them anymore. I can't even finish a whole coke now or it makes me sick
I am so hooked on coffee, it's really bad. The only thing that can stop my cravings instead would be Vanilla Coke
I loved vanilla coke, but they stopped selling it here after a few months. Now they have a citrus coke that tastes like lemon... worst thing I've ever drank in my life
Yeah that Lemon coke sucked titties. They have a new lime flavoured coke out here..It's absolutely vile. My fave drink is something called Spersi (dunno how to spell it) I had it when I went skiing in Austria, it's orange mixed with coke and it's YUM. Does anyone remember ages ago they used to do a drink that was 7up mixed with coke? I can't remember the name of it now..
Regular coke has too much sugar for me. If I drink it, I feel like I need an insulin shot or something. Vanilla coke is nasty (because I don't like vanilla drinks... vodka, coke, cream soda, etc.). Lemon coke is nasty too. Diet coke I can drink (not because I'm on a diet, but because it's not so sweet). And diet lime coke is okay too. The best drink in the world (and it's super easy to make) is this one: http://www.digitalpoint.com/~shawn/2004/09/hyatt-regency-kauai-in-hawaiis-drink.html
I've been to Hawaii 5 times (3 for work [I used to travel a lot for work, but not anymore]) and 2 for vacation.
Here is one thing I've heard multiple times over the past several years: Found at http://members.tripod.com/~Barefoot_Lass/cola.html There are several other uses but, I'm not sure I would recommend drinking it after learning of some.
