I can't get this affililate stuff to work (using ppc & landing pages)

    Hi,

    I have created a few affiliate landing pages and am not able to get them to pay.

    My first attempt was:

    http://compare4broadband.com/

    the PPC cost flowed but the conversions didn't! Lost a few hundred £££ on this!!

    Why didn't it work?

    I am now going to try another one - comparing car insurance:

    http://www.compare4carinsurance.com/

    just going to compare two.

    Do you think this will work?

    Does anyone have any good examples of landing pages that DO work?

    I think your niche is wrong. I shouldn't buy fast net connection, cuz It's not for my country. And I don't wanna buy car insurance too.

    Your second site will do better for traffic simple because you are using a proper meta description and keywords system, sales thats another thing

    Regarding the first site..far too many choices, limit to 2 or 3 best converting affiliate programs. On the car insurance, I think overall design needs to be more car oriented. Most good landing pages are short and sweet, encouraging them to click through or enter a zipdoe of whatever is going to get them to the merchants site directly.
