I can't get Keywork Tracker initiated?

    I have added my keywords for my domain and clicked to initiate the query but there seems to be no progress from that point. The page sits on 'Query Thread Running' but I get no update. Can anybody help? Am I missing something? :confused:

    Yes I tried clicking on the Check All again (just 10 mins ago), and it still sits on Query Thread running with no progress update after clicking on Refresh. What could be causing this??

    I am keen to use this most useful tool! :(

    To the far right of your keywords, there is a "Last Check" date. What date does that say?

    "Hello Vicious", the last check date reads 'Sep 22 2004'. So I guess looking at this it would seem the system has performed the check - but - the | Rank | Daily Change | Weekly Change | Monthly Change | are all reading N/A, 0, 0, 0 respectively? I am now starting to think that because I am not in perhaps the top 30 with regards ranking, the system is not bothering to report figures (hence the N/A). Can you confirm this? Nice alternative Ann Summers website by the way!

    Yep, you just answered your own question...:D...If you go to the "edit preferences" section in the KW Tracker, it will tell you how deep it's checking (and you can change it up to position 200). Mine is set to check 200 deep. So, perhaps you are just not ranking very high yet.

    I am having the same problem, I have selected my keywords, input them and click but nothing at all happens but this stays up: Query Thread Running...Remaining... Keywords: 22, Links: 0 Refresh.

    How do I get started????
