Try with diffrent ip , name and url: you will easily get

 

Register using US IP.... Using Proxy sites

 

You are not supposed to get a voucher from there.

In simple words, that URL is NOT to get the voucher itself but indeed, to use the voucher IF you already got one from somewhere else.

 

QhuRam03 is a scam. Did not send me a vouchers he promised. Do not trade with him.
p.s. I will give him -1 just to realise how!
