Right now you are in US then you have tax no .

when you sign up at that time you fill tax infomation in google adsense account
so you have to change US tax infomation

i dont about US tax infomation bcz in india acount not need to fill tax infomation in account so do one thing you change your currancy and address and email google now i am moving us to korea so it requred to change tax infomation or not ??

Well if you want Google send the check to India, then there will be no need to fill the tax information since your address is in India. But of course that's a way of cheating the Government since you are not actually outside the US teritory.

And if you want Google to send the check to you at your present Address that is covered by the US Government, then you should fill up the TAX info so that Google can deduct certain amount for the Government fund.

Foreign exchange payments for services are exempted from tax in india. If you talk about payments through G's check, then it is purely leagal - white.
