I can't find the site specifc in adwords...

    I clicked on the "place your advertisement here" link on the top right of this page and read about the google adwords site specific placement. However, when I go into my adwords account I can not find the tabs that are spoken about. Please point me in the right direction....

    On the campaign summary page in adwords, click '+ New online campaign' and choose 'start with placements'
