I can't find a way to chat "live support" with my users using Kayako. Any help?

    Please let me know how to chat with live support as staff to my clients for my website?

    I can't find a way to do this. Need assistant.

    OK we run kayako and find it very easy to use once you set it up. Have you included the Live Support code on your site ? Do you have the win app installed ?
