I have a web design blog and i am trying to get on right sidebar a heading that says: "Pages" and then underneath a link that says "forum". I've been able to create this, but i can't get it so it displays at the top (before the categories section). the problem is the forum is not a wordpress page (obviously) but an external link. so i can't use the pages widget because that won't allow me to add an external link (is only for wordpress pages). So instead im creating a link category with the title being "pages". is there any way i can display this link category before the "category" section? please help!
is there a sidebar arrangment widget i can use?? baically all i need to do is arrange by sidebar! i have searched google, and wordpress widget blog extensively and found nothing...
