I Can't Connect Internet -Solved this problem

I have 2 PC.New and old PC.

(Right now i am from old PC)
Today i want very urgent help.My problem is serious so i hope someone helped me.

4 days ago i was browse internet and suddenly my avast show,''avast found a rootkit.''
i delete that virus and next avast said it needs a restart and boot time scan.
i did that and avast scanned my pc from boot scan.
after boot scan when i came desktop and try used internet from my new PC I see this:

(I used Brodband internet)

I contact my Internet provider and they said my connection is OK.

Is there any idea you have i can try fixed this?Specially i don't want reinstall my XP service pack 3 because its pain again install all software.

 

There is some problem in your Internet settings of your new PC. Or maybe some problem in modem.

If it happened after that scan, then simply restore it to the time it was working and see if it works or not.

I don't have Modem,I have Lan Card for Brodband Internet.

System restore not worked when setup XP SP3.I can't open because its disable.

 

Try restoring the computer to a few days earlier. Deleting a virus/malware may not always solve the problem.

 

System restore is disabled automatic when i setup xp sp3.Any software you know?

 

go to internet option then connections then change dail up to current connection
