I can't block them all

I have been getting a lot of crappy weight loss ads lately. I keep blocking them, but I can't block them all! My niche has NOTHING to do with weight loss. It doesn't even have to do with weight or the world lost or the world diet. How can I GET RID OF THEM!

Food websites (for example) attract those darn weight-loss ads like flies ... I block a few and more pop up.

Try not to use phrases like low carb or healthy nutrition if possible. Otherwise though, I have little advice to help here unfortunately.

I guess Google has this filtering options. Which I think I have read from one blog from the net (sorry I forgot already the URL of the said site). Try inquiring on Google Adsense tech support :)
