doesn't make sense. $20 per impression wold make any advertiser go bankrupt. even a presidential campaign candidate spending billions on an election campaign cannot afford to pay that much for an impression. something not right. check to see if the stat gets updated

I don't care if you don't believe me. What matters is that I got $20 for just that impression. So say what you want, it doesn't really matter to me.

Nope, eCPM was like around $10,000. Estimated earnings was 20$ from one impression. I don't even know how this was even possible. When the second impression happened it was obviously at a normal earning.

I have recently seen a lot of new advertisers entering Google Adwords putting ads on my sites and obviously have NO clue whatsoever about how this works. I often see these companies are bidding SKY-HIGH bids to get their ads shown on the site and this is costing them a lot of money. I often see earnings like 10-30 dollars pr click but as their campaigns does not work successfully they are either disappearing from the site because they put their bids to low or that they are scared away from Adwords :-D

In the long run the companies that put attention to their campaign and that are getting a ROI are the best advertisers - even though I get some "great" deals as mentioned above

 

Since when did adsense started paying for impressions? This is unbelievable. I think its 1 click even though OP has said its an impression.
