I Can't Apply to AdSense even My Blogspot is 6 Months!

Ok. Next to the point.
Well, I have a blog, it is a hosted Google Domain (blogspot).
I created it on July 20, 2015.
As you know that to apply to AdSense, some of the countries in Asian should have their blog at least for 6 months.

And of course it should have been able applying to AdSense by now, since by January 20, 2016 my blog is 6 months old.

But unfortunately, I could not apply my blog. The button to apply is inactive/disabled. Here's the screenshot:


Why still I can't apply?

FYI: I'm 19 years old, which means I passed the publisher's age rules AdSense gives. Also, I think my blog doesn't break any rules either in contents or designs. I have provided navigation bars such as Privacy Policy, About page, etc.

I also have another blog with one-year-old and it can be applied to AdSense but it doesn't follow AdSense TOS, that's why I created the new blog.

Please, what do you think about my problem? Is there any possible way to get the button being enabled? Thank you.

When you are qualify for apply adsense. The option for sign up will automatically activate. In meantime add more quality posts.

 

I JUST approve google adsesnse today, althought I am also from Bali indonesia
you must do for approve
You make a website with own hosting and domain name
You upload own video on youtube and make adsense from youtube first
You promote your website at adword
My website is 3 months old age, it is review about Bali, I am linguistic in english, so I write about Bali with 100 page in sites. Google love my sites so they approve my adsense

 

If it is possible, I hope that you do not built a site in Bahasa Indonesia, but in English
