I can't activate my account

    I opened an account with CJ but didn't used it for a long time. I wanted to login to my account 1 month ago that I found out my account is deactivated. I e-mailed them like 4 times to active it but still no answer. what should I do? Shall I open anther account?

    I think you need to call them .. It will be faster and the best way out of this ..
