I can't access My adsense account

    So here is the deal:
    The email address I used for my adsense account have been deleted for not using the email for a long time and now when I'm trying to access adsense, it doesn't let me access it.
    I tried contacting google and could not get an answer from anyone.
    I also tried opening a new adsense account with a new email address and they didn't let me do that. How do I access this old account or create a new one?
    Is there a formula for that lol?
