    hey guys,

I manage to surf wirelessly from my school network. The problem is that i couldn't access my Cpanel and my ftp client doesn't work.

Do u know how can i get over this? i.e. can access cpanel and use ftp again?

Your school have block them for security purpose. cPanel operate on port 2082 and FTP on port 21.

Most school usually open port 80 only. The rest of the port are block for good.

As for now, nothing is in my mind to bypass FTP. But I'm sure you do not wish to break the TOS in your school right?

If you can get HTTP access just use the File Manager in CPanel ;)

He can't access CPanel either, so the firewall must block both port 21 and the CPanel ports (208x)

Perhaps check out what PHP based ftp applications are available (check out hotscripts.com/PHP and see whats on offer)
