    Is the site yours ?
If yes, why not ask the hosting company for help ?

Remove all catches and cookies for this site and try again. Hope its works for you. Otherwise its only ip related issue IMO (maybe your isp blocked it).

    DON.

Might be your hard disk have some problem. me too got the same problem before, but solved by changing hard disk.

Check your hard is working properly or not.

Most of the times, it has something to do either with your host company or your internet service provider. If the host company is unable to resolve this, contact your ISP with this query. It could be a IP cache issue with the server.

If it was password protected and had a limit as to how many failed attempts you could make, that is how.

Is this a new site? DNS changed recently? Or are you just trying to drive traffic to it by asking people to try accessing it?

Its a DNS issue. have faced it myself.

Tweak your DNS settings using the www.opendns.com website. Its Free, but you have to register.

Same thing happened to me for like a week, I had to use a proxy to access it.
    Eventually it started working.

It may be something to do with your home network.
