You seem to have issue with your Internet. I can access it quite well and it asks for the username and password.

Undo the changes which I had asked you to do according to the edits here: http://www.my.wjunk.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=10

Or change the IP within to the new one as i said, and try again.

Alternatively, try going through proxy: http://www.droplink.net

If nothing works out, if you want, i can get the re-direction's removed for you if you can provide me the access to the hosting server which should also fix most of your computer problems aswell.

I undid the changes to the file shown on wjunk.
I went to the proxy you provided, tried extracashtruth.com I can see it fine, tried http://69.175.44.114/cpanel.. it could not connect to host.

Without proxy I can't see my website, says its not available and same with http://69.175.44.114/cpanel

Try using Mozilla firefox as a browser. Also, ask your ISP about this and they'll direct you on why the "connection reset's" when you are trying to connect the web page.

It is normally a IE problem, but can be a ISP side thing aswell.

Just call them. They'll probably come to your house and fix it for you or will give you some instructions. I am 99% sure that this is due to the ISP.

Sounds like your IP address may be blocked on the server. Send an email to your host with your IP and see if they can remove the block for you. Another way to access the site would be to use a proxy.
