Wear studio monitor headphones. I recently had to sleep in a hospital for six weeks. A nurse would come in every hour to check on my wife but I slept like a baby thanks to my headphones...and the cryosleep station.
Try to learn something challenging each night before bed, try and schedule this something like learning a new language through a flash program, your brain will get tired
Thank you very much for all the replies. I think there is some problems with my nerve, and I really want to quit job to have a good travel. I don't want to take pills, because I don't want my life relies on pills.
Drink a glass of warm milk before you got to bed. Also, make sure you drink enough of water during the day and eat carbohydrates-rich food.
Ambien works like a charm but you have to be very careful with it because it can be addictive. I suffer terribly from insomnia. I do find that exercise helps along with warm baths before bed. You need to give your mind time to calm before laying in your bed. Lack of sleep is bad. It makes you feel like a zombie when you should be enjoying life
I think you must think about someone while sleeping time That's why you could not sleep stop thinking while sleeping...
Maybe you an insomnia attacks you. Anyway, I could advise you to hit the hot shower before you sleep and listen to light musics. That will help you as it did to me. Thanks and Good luck!

I exactly have the same problem. I only can sleep in a silent room and alone. Its a bad habit and i must try to leave it.
