I cannot receive $1000 into my Indian PayPal business account, dunno why?

    Hi Folks,
    Yesterday my one client tried to pay me $1000 but it seemed like it was not working and he shows it generates an error while sending it to my PayPal business account. Client is from UK so he can genuinely transfer the money to India. I have heard that $3000 is maximum limit in PayPal India per transaction. I'm not sure about any recent updates from their end.
    Could someone tell me what to do in this situation when he is not able to use any alternative payment methods but PayPal?
    An answer would be much appreciated.

    Are you sure the error message he was (theoretically) receiving is genuine ?

    I am from India , and i recieved a 500$ payment from my client and my paypal's now limited...it's strange , paypal is not a good payment processing option for Indian people..

    Limitation is not a problem if your account is genuine. And they do it for security checks only. You can get it removed easily.

    Well, there is nothing wrong with the client's PayPal. Because i took half of the money to my friend's US PayPal that worked smoothly. The problem is only with my PayPal when he tried to send me. I contacted PayPal support they say everything is fine with my PayPal too. Now that makes sound amazing.
