hello friends i am making PHP website i have installed apache 2.2 in my pc i am using dreamweaver 8 i am using Mozilla firefox browser. i have designed pages.....but when i click "Preview in firefox" then, firefox opens & downloader appears i have attached screenshot photo [ JPEG file ] i cannot see the page which i have designed.... please help me........
Do you have php compiled with apache ?? if not it wont work.. Plus the files should be in the apache roots
Better not use apache directly. Instead of that use WAMP or XAMP which free to download and everything are compiled in one package. It's too wasy for newbies like you and me.
uninstall your apache and install XAMP or WAMP like scriptaty had told you the problem you had got because your apache you don't have php installed on your computer and integrated it with your apache
