I cannot exclude keywords!

    Hello,
I recently joined Yahoo search marketing, as I am an advertiser on Google more than a year now.

I must say Yahoo's control panel is less advanced than Google's. For example when I exclude a keyword in the administration level to be effective for all adgroups, it does not really work. Let me give an example:

I have a keyword of 'floor tiles'. I want to exclude 'ceramic' in any combination of this phrase. I entered 'ceramic' and 'ceramic floor tiles' as exclusions, however when I type 'ceramic floor tiles' on Yahoo search, I still see my ad!

    Other questions:
Is there a way to test the ads without effecting CTR as adpreview on Google?

Why the data for the campaigns is not updated regularly throughout the day?

I will ask when have more questions.

    Thank you.

Yeah Yahoo's update usually takes a piss-poor 24 hours to see any kind of results change.
