    Hello everyone,

I came here to get some help from people who can figure out what could be the problem.

Problem is I cannot access my site right from this morning, but I can access my other sites which are on the same server. I opened a support ticket from my hosting company and they told me to clear my cache and try again as they could able to access the site from their place.

I felt strange as they could access the site but I cannot, then I tried to access the site through proxy it seems to work fine through proxy. I asked couple of my friends from US who told me they can access my site successfully.

Then I asked one of my friend near my home who is on another ISP and he told me he cannot able to access the site and it gives him "server not found error"

So I just ran a ping test on the server fair enough it gives me errors

    http://just-ping.com/index.php?vh=price-india.org&c=&s=ping!&vtt=1284879658&vhost=_&c=

I really do not know what could be the issue. is it with the server or with my domain name. Put forth the error which I got from ping test, they told me different servers have different response time and they try their best to keep the servers as responsive as possible.

But if that's the case why the ping test gives me packets lost message?

here is the ping test results of my other domain which is on a different server.

    http://just-ping.com/index.php?vh=actress-saree.com&c=&s=ping!&vtt=1284879725&vhost=_&c=

So what could be the problem? is it with the host or my domain is blocked from my country?

    Thanks

I also tried but its showing same server not found error. Maybe its due to DNS problem.

Have you transferred site to other server recently ? If yes it DNS propogation error. It may take time to resolve to proper ip.

It's working fine from UK. My bro confirmed it. :)

I have not transferred the site, my host made an announcement that they updated their kernel on the servers and moved to cloud linux. May be the issue is due to that I don't know. But anyways thank you very much for confirming with your bro :)

I will wait for another couple of days to decide what I can do next I guess.

Maybe your DNS still not propagate to your ISP.

Could be a temporary routing issue between you and your provider.
It could also be the servers firewall has possibly blocked your IP (maybe for too many failed login attempts).

Try accessing the site from a proxy server.
