I cannot access my FTP. What is the javascript error?

When I access the FTP page (the actual one where files are located) I cannot see the page. The page says "uncaught exception error"

I have notified the hosting company. Is there anyway I can fix it myself?

    Webpage error details:

In a word no. The Javascript is on their server. The only REMOTE possibility is that it is one of the few errors that only affect the microsoft version of Jscript. Try installing Firefox and try again - firefox also has a handy Error tracing tool called Error Console that is in the Tools menu of the browser. Bring this up, clear it, and load the page - you will get a much more descriptive version of the error.

that's why I prefer using an ftp client, or the command line :)

but yeah, your hosting should fix this for you.

Thanks guys for the help. I just started using a seperate FTP when doing stuff in my home. It just isn't worth it. Never could fix the problem. The hosting company said it had to do with firewalls. But I disabled firewalls and it still did not work. Probably I accidently deleted some .dll file.
