Bug I can not start conversation with certain member

    Hi, https://forums.digitalpoint.com/members/s0sunz1m.59928/ - there is no "start conversation" link in her profile, how come?
    Or when you click on any user you see popup with:
    Profile Page Start a Conversation Follow Ignore
    Said member does not have "start conversation" in there.

    I thought about that, but then it was funny how said member replied "PM me for more info" :)
