I think you had better give Paypal a ring...They can tell you the details.

I'm having the same problem and the customer service has not solved the problem, they continue saying to clear the cache and update the explorer, but I have install firefox and this is not the problem. Have you been able to solve it?

Their maintenance might be going on.
The best options you can do is to clear your cache and try using different browser, or try logging in from a different IP address. Home that helps.

It just happened to me a few minutes ago when I tried to pay my bill.
But then, I wait for a few minutes and login to my account. DO NOT click on back button if you are making a payment.

After logged in, I check my account and see nothing was charged.

I'm having the same problem, I wrote at least 5-7 emails and called 4-6 times, they'd tell me the same story everytime "clear your cookies and cache" and we told the technical support team about your problem and they are working on it. My account hasn't been working for about 1-2 weeks now, I am really pissed as I have to open a dispute urgently.

the problem is on paypal side ..I found this site
    http://www.pdncommunity.com/pdn/board/message?board.id=basicpayments&thread.id=27277&view=by_date_ascending&page=1

and I really hope paypal is going to do something against it fast. Someone told me to just close the account and to just reopen a new one, but I can't do that. First of all I can't even log in, secondly I have an 80 Euro disput to open. Damn them!

There is no way on doing that. You won't have any chance with the big Microsoft. This really s**ks! I need to receive some money, but how?!

But, be sure, after this, i'll won't use Paypal anymore.

What do you mean by Microsoft? Does Paypal belong to Microsoft? I thought they belong to Ebay? Anyway, if a lot of people have issues because of that case, they will have to do something about that. We can't just let paypal keep our money.

Oh, you're right sorry! I don't know why I was thinking that Ebay and PP belongs to Microsoft. Sorry. I am really confused, as I don't know how to recover my money !

Hey, no problem. I just noticed that another guy wants to take a lawyer too
    http://www.pdncommunity.com/pdn/board/message?board.id=basicpayments&view=by_date_ascending&message.id=29744#M29744

Maybe if more than two people who have this problem go up against paypal, they'll finally do something?
