If you used PayPal to pay him you can start a dispute, if he can't carry out the service advertised then he would have to explain why. He just sent me a PM with his payment details. I would like to know why he's been band.
paypal doesnt do refunds for services only recourse would be chargeback IF he used credit card he pmed me sunday, but i didnt get to reply to him..GLAD I DIDNT!

One thing I have learned on dp is always go to the last page. This guy is banned and I see there is 4 more posts of guys wanting to do business with him, after Macecraft posted that the guy was banned. ALWAYS GO TO THE LAST PAGE OF THE TOPIC, do not write your request on the first page, going to the last page you will see what others are saying about the service. Just my thoughts.
FYI: I filed dispute with PayPal in order to get my money back. I tried to contact this guy via email after he was banned from here but he didn't even bother to answer me, even if you are banned from a forum if you are legit, you can always finish up your commitments and answer your email. This guy was/is a fraud!
