Buying I Buy Sites - Send Me Any Semi Passive Sites

I buy sites with range of revenue at least $800 a month (net). The profit however must be at least $800 since the last 12 months (means if one of this month you earn less than $800, then forget it). Here are the requirements I need:

1. Your revenue by December 2009-December 2010 must be at least $800 per month each, not averagely, but every month must be min. $800 (if your site age is less than 10 months, I'm not interested)

2. You must have Google Analytics installed. If you don't, go use GA and come back to me in a week after you install GA

3. If you have GA, you must have max. 30% search engine traffic as I'm looking for more stable and more certain traffic in the future

4. We have to do 3rd party payment service like http://www.moniker.com/aftermarket/domain-escrow.jsp or other popular service (I can't use escrow, they ban my country)

5. The site must be semi passive means that it doesn't need concrete items to be shipped to customers OR it doesn't need web designing skills to make money, etc.

Don't ask questions, just send me PM if you have any site you want to sell. I won't reply to your PM if you don't meet these 5 requirements.
