i buy a domain from one here in DP and pay 10$ for the information.

I dont' know how you define value for domains
It is registered before 1 week, has PR0, 13 pages indexed in google without any backlinks from google or other engines only for yahoo that looks like an old link exchange build

 

I usually find that this happens, When the owner who is selling the domain has posted the domain for sale at many forums. Like here at Digital Point, SitePoint, Namepros and DNJournal as well as many other webmaster or domain forums. So nothing substainal, other than what I would classify as supplemental pages or whatever the term is for it. You can check how old the domain is as well by going to archive.org.

and actualy have backlinks on donations with pr5 and 6 but is going to work propetly?

 

Engines don't have any backlinks except from 2 PR0 links that still link back from :

and

Both of them as you can see are link farm pages

 

if you check in yahoo its different results.So you think i have to report this person so no one can trust it anymore?

 

Did you buy the domain from that person for $10, of did they only provide you the information that it was available?

 

I believe you should better check the yahoo results your self

If the person that you took the name said it's a PR2-3-4 or whatever then this is false information

If he told you there is a domain with XXX yahoo backlinks he told you the truth. The links still exist in yahoo engine, just that don't link back to your site anymore
It's your duty to verify and evaluate the quality of the names you take
