Here's the link and I think these are the guys giving bad name to us http://digg.com/tech_news/Digg_Racket_busted
Your site won't load. If you are asking people to Digg this, your site will almost certainly get banned from Digg (since to Diggers this will appear like Digg spam). Just saying this as a friendly warning ... I'd suggest stopping to ask others to digg this. Anita
i just changed my ISP with half the year still to go and now my new isp is giving me the same problem. Wa Should i do now, cant change to a new ISP now
Wouldnt that be ironic? Asking for people to digg a story about people purposefully digging each other's stories? LOL
hehehe, I got no choice but to laugh at myself, I have jus written the rudest email of my life to my ISP. Wat can i do if my ISP is all messed up (i wanted to use some other word )
http ://www. soulcast .com/post/show/50125/Digg-Racket-Busted (remove the spaces) Here's the alternative, i dont think i have highlighted every1 there are plenty more involved. Now they are reporting my story as inaccurate, i have written a mail to digg though to further investigate, i havent heard back from them
I love digg, motivation behind this was simple, cheating of any kind, anywhere should not be allowed, because of this, stories of mine/yours and other people would not get on the frontpage thereby wasting the efforts we have put in. do u believe in wat I have discovered??
most people won't waste the time to look into it..and i don't think anyone will something like this on their own website. Just send a mail to and they will take care of it. BTW there will be more and more racket. people even tried to sell digg here.
I have done exactly wat u have told ahkip, wat made me suspicious was, i wrote few articles, it got 15-20 duggs and it died, and after few dayz i see the same kinda articles, with the content just represented in other manner hitting the front page. First i thought, i m just plain unlucky or something, then one of my frd told me, few stories on front page are being pushed purposely. So when i saw this story getting on front page, i was like, a noob can write better articles, so i saw it had got some 350 duggs approx. and only 23 comments. Usually stories coming on front page has lots more comments, so i investigated into this and i was shocked to find this out.
Few stories make front page unless they were written by diggers with lots of friends, or were posted on sites with TONS of traffic. That's just the way things work on Digg.
I'd have to say that digg's front page is NOT in any way rigged. I got my first article on the homepage on Saturday. I just submitted and got lucky... and I don't think any of those people dugg my story.
