    Hello DPers,

This is the first time i purchased a website which is said to be SEO friendly and will do well if marketed properly.

I read quite a lot of post on DP and came to know that Directory Submission is the best way of marketing any website. So keeping this point in mind, I have recently started Manual Directory Submission Service as well where i learned how to submit a site to many directories..

But i am not sure how do i track the improvement in the status or rank of the website submitted to these directories..

So i am posting this thread to make sure someone can review this website www.seoonlinepromotions.com and tell me if there is a progress or at least ways/tools which i can use to learn/understand whats the progress ...

    Appreciate any help..
    Thanks
    Maini

Ummm...sorry, but it's not. It's a good method, but it needs to be one of many methods you use. Using nothing but free directory submissions is not a very well rounded marketing plan, to say the least.

If you want to track the changes in a site's rankings, try the DP Keyword tracker: http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords

I don't think you can get the correct kind of Google API key for that tool anymore. You might post on here and see if someone has an extra or something.
